This includes billing and receipting, appointment confirmations and reminders, treatment plans, follow ups and advice as well as the occasional newsletter marketing. These details are only accessible by your practitioner. You are able to unsubscribe from our newsletter marketing emails by opting out or clicking the link on the email.

We collect personal details such as full name, date of birth and your health history to provide quality health care to you. Your health history information is only available to your practitioner, and is stored, encrypted at Cliniko. https://www.cliniko.com/policies/privacy/

The minimum requirement for us to store your data is a minimum 7 years. If you are under the age of 16 at the time of the appointment, until they are 25 years old.

We won’t willingly share any of your data with a third party. You may request, in writing, a copy of your health information.

There are circumstances where a report or medical records may be requested by your Health Insurer, or other Third Party. Your records will not be provided without written consent provided by you.
