    Cupping - placing suction cups on areas of muscular and fascial tightness to stretch the fascia and muscles and improve the blood circulation through the area.

    Gua Sha - a scrapping technique to improve circulation and break up adhesions in tissues

    Moxibustion - burning Mugwort on Acupuncture points to bring energy into the system.

    Light & heat therapy - Ceda may employ TDP (ceramic infra-red) heat lamp, full spectrum light, or red light therapy for a variety of benefits, including improved circulation, reduced pain and increased energy.
