We understand that occasionally, unexpected events that are outside of your control may affect your ability to attend a scheduled appointment.

Please understand that from a small business perspective, it is very hard to manage the financial cost of these cancellations.

Your practitioner has allowed between 60 and 90 minutes of uninterrupted one on one time to provide high quality care.

Not adhering to the treatment plan recommended by your practitioner may reduce the efficacy of your treatment.

From November 1st, 2023, our cancellation policy is changing.

You will now receive a reminder email 48 hours prior to your appointment, followed by an SMS the day before the appointment.

Cancellations the day prior to your appointment and the day of your appointment will be invoiced at $45.

There may be situations where your practitioner will decide to wave the cancellation fee. This is at the discretion of the practitioner.
